Ma Kaiming, male, Yi nationality, is a native of Leibo County, Sichuan province. He was born in 1944, joined the CPC in 1966, and graduated from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. Ma held leading Party posts in Meigu county and Butuo county of Sichuan province. He was elected vice-governor of the People's Government of Sichuan province in 2001.
