Biography
Ma Shang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Huinan County, Jilin Province. He was born in 1962 and graduated from the Chinese Department of Northeast Normal University in 1984. He remained at Northeast Normal University in Party and administrative positions, becoming chief of the President's Office in 1995, director of the Organization Department in 1999 and vice-president in 2002.
Ma worked with the League Committee at Northeast Normal University from 1984 to 1990 and became a standing committee member of the Party Committee in 1999.
