Biography
Ma Yanli, male, Han nationality, is a native of Liaoning province. He was born in 1945, and graduated from the architecture department of Tsinghua University in 1970. He is a senior engineer. He served as executive director of the China Association of Mechanical and Electrical Imports and Exports, and president of the Branch Association of Metallurgical Equipment. Ma is deputy director-general of the China Association of Foreign Engineering Construction.
