Biography
Niu Shouzhang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhejiang Province.
Niu has served most of his career serving in posts in the Federation of Industry and Commerce, chiefly in Zhejiang Province but after l993 at the national level. He has also been a member of CPPCC National Committees since l988, and served on the 9th CPPCC, Standing Commitee
