Pan Gongsheng, male, Han nationality, was born in 1963, graduated from People’s University of China with a Master Degree in 1990, and a Doctorate Degree in 1993. From 2008 to 2012, he was Vice-President of Agricultural Bank of China. Since June 2012, he is Vice-President of People’s Bank of China. In 2016 he became Director, State Administration of Foreign Exchange. He is an alternate member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
