Biography
Qi Xuchun, male, Manchu nationality, is a native of Beijing. He was born in l946, graduated from the Mathematics Faculty, Beijing University
Qi has spent his career first as a teacher and researcher in Hebei Province, and then has held government and judicial positions in the Chengde region of the province. He has also been active in the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomingtang, and has been involved in provincial and national CPPCC affairs.
