Biography
Qiu Shiyuan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Changsha, Hunan province. He was born in 1943, joined the CPC in 1981, and graduated from Luoyang Agricultural Engineering Institute. He is a senior engineer.
He is currently a member and vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional People's Congress, and director of the General Office of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region CPC Committee. Qiu is secretary of the Workers Committee of the Guangxi Municipal Organs.
