Biography
Shen Genrong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shaoxing, Zhejiang province. He was born in 1938, joined the Jiu San Society in 1983, and graduated from the engineering mechanics department of Harbin Polytechnical University. He is a senior engineer. He is currently serving as deputy director of the standing committee of the NPC of Heilongjiang Province.
