Biography
Shi Yubo, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zaoqiang County, Hebei province. He was born in 1954, graduated from the North China Institute of Electric Power, and joined the CPC in 1985. He holds the title of senior engineer.
Shi Yubo has held leading posts at the Ministry of Power Industry and he served as vice-chairman of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2002. Shi also served as a member of the leading Party group of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2002.
From 2013 to 2015 he was Deputy Director of the National Energy Administration.
