Sun Wenkui, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tianjin Municipality. He was born in 1962, joined the CPC in 1983, and entered the work force in 1985. He graduated from Tianjin Teacher Special School and Party School of CPC Central Committee. From 2008 to 2013, he was Secretary of CPC Jinghai County Committee of Tianjin Municipality. Since July 2013, he is Vice-Mayor of Tianjin Municipality People's Government.
