Biography

Wang Hanmin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yan'an, Shaanxi province. He was born in 1943, graduated from Qinghua University, and joined the CPC in 1961. He holds the title of senior economic administrator.

Wang Hanmin began his career as a technician at the Qinghai Coal Mine Design Institute. Wang has held leading Party posts in Haixi and Golmud cities in Qinghai province, and he was elected vice-governor of the province in 1992. In the late 1990s he served as vice-chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Regional Government.
