Wang Li, male, Han nationality, is a native of Leshan, Sichuan Province. He was born in 1953, joined the CPC, and in 1976 graduated from the Party School of the CPC Central Committee,. Wang held leading positions in the Chengdu Tax Bureau of his native Sichuan province. From 2004 to 2013 he was deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation.
