Biography

Wen Xuande, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shimen, Hunan province. He was born in 1944, graduated from Hunan Teachers' University, and joined the CPC in 1965.

Wen is a member of the Chinese Writers' Association and the author of several books about elementary education. He has served as deputy head of the publicity department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee. Wen has also held leading posts with the CYLC Hunan Provincial Committee and the CPC Yiyang Prefectural Committee.
