Biography

Wu Zhenhua, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yutian, Hebei province. He was born in 1946, graduated from the Harbin Military Engineering Institute, and joined the CPC in 1972. Wu served as secretary of the CYLC Committee in his native Hebei, and eventually served as vice-chairman of the 8th CPPCC Committee there, in the late 1990s.

Wu Zhenhua was a member of the 9th CPPCC National Committee.
