Xie Boyang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hunan Province. He was born in 1954 and studied at Beijing Normal College in 1978.Xie Boyang has been involved in the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce since 1986 when he became the deputy head of the publicity department of the federation. Since 1986 Xie has served in seven different positions with the federation culminating with his post as vice-chairman of the 8th All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce executive committee, which he assumed in 1997.
Xie is vice-chairman, and deputy secretary-general, of the 8th Executive Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and is deputy secretary-general of the China Association for Promotion of Glorious Cause.
