Biography
Xu Liquan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hefei, Anhui Province. He was born in 1956, joined the CPC in 1976, and holds a master's of economics and a bachelor's degree of engineering.
Xu worked for various factories in Hefei for several years. Xu has held Party posts for almost thirty years in Anhui Province, in Hefei, Anhui, Suxian and Suzhou. In the late 1990s he served as director of the Suzhou Municipal People's Congress, and he is currently deputy governor of Anhui Province.
Xu was a deputy to the 7th-9th NPC
