Xu Liuping, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yangzhong City, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1964, graduated from Jiangsu Polytechnic University in 1985 with a Bachelor Degree, from Beijing University of Technology with a Master Degree in 1988. From 2010 to 2013, he was President of China Changan Automobile Group. Since 2013, he is General Manager, China South Industries Group Corporation.
