Biography
Yan Xiaohong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. He was born in 1955, entered the work force in 1970, and graduated from Philosophy Department of Beijing University with a Bachelor Degree in 1983. Since 2004, he is Deputy Director of the National Copyright Administration of PRC. From 2006 to 2013 he was Deputy Director of the General Administration of Press and Publication of PRC.
In 2013 he became Deputy Director of the State General Administration of Press, Publication, Radio, Film and Television.
