Biography
Yang Dezhong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Weinan, Shaanxi Province. He was born in 1923 and joined the Eight Route Army and the CPC in 1938. He became a PLA General, and was a member of the 12th, 13th, and 14th CPC Central Committees.
