Yang Jian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Anfu County, Jiangxi Province. He was born in 1958, joined the CPC in 1983 and graduated from Chinese Literature Department of Jiangxi University in 1984. From 2011 to 2013, he was Party Chief of Southern Newspaper Media Group. He is Deputy Director, Central People's Government, Liaison Office, Hong Kong SAR since June 2013.
