Yang Song, male, Han nationality, is a native of Haixing County, Hebei Province. He was born in 1950, joined CPC in 1975 and graduated from Xinjiang University with a Bachelor degree in 1976. From 2006 to 2011, Yang serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Provincial Committee of Hubei Province and President of Party School of the CPC Provincial Committee of Hubei Province. He is currently an alternate member of the 17th CPC Central Member and in 2011 he became Chairman of the CPPCC Hubei Provincial Committee.
