Biography

Yang Xinnong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yangyuan, Hebei province. He was born in 1945, joined the CPC in 1965, and graduated from the training department of the Party school of the CPC Central Committee. Yang held leading posts in Zhuolu county and Zhangjiakou prefecture, where he served as minister of the propaganda department. He was a member of the 4th-6th Hengshui provincial CPC committees.

Yang Xinnong served as deputy director of the Hebei standing committee of the NPC.
