Biography
Yu Ping, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shandong province. He was born in 1955, and graduated from the Guangzhou Institute of Foreign Languages. In 1976 he served as an official of the Ministry of Foreign Trade. He has worked at the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, where he was promoted to deputy secretary-general in 1999. He was elected as vice-chairman in 2002.
