Yuan Shuhong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shucheng City, Anhui Province. He is a doctor of jurisprudence, and a tutor of PhD student of Beijing University. He was a vice president of China National School of Administration between 2003 and 2009. In 2009, he was appointed as the deputy director of legislative affairs office of the State Council. He is a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
