Biography
Yuan Si, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. He was born in 1953, graduated from Tsinghua University with a Bachelor Degree in 1978, a Master Degree in 1981 and a Doctorate Degree in 1984. He was Member of 10th NPC Standing Committee and 10th NPC Environmental & Resources Protection Committee. Currently, he is Member of 11th NPC Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of 11th NPC Environmental & Resources Protection Committee, Vice-President of Tsinghua University and Dean of Civil Engineering and Water Conservancy College of Tsinghua University.
