Yue Yi, male, Han nationality, was born in 1956. He graduated from Wuhan University with a Master Degree in 1999. From 2008 to 2010, he was Chief of Financial Market Business, The People's Bank of China. Since 2010, he is Vice-Governor of the People's Bank of China.
