Zhang Fusheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tianjin. He was born in 1950, and graduated from Wuhan Communications Science and Technology University with a master's degree. He is a senior engineer. He became vice-president of the China Ocean Shipping Group Company in 2003. Zhang is a member of the 10th NPC.
