Zhang Jianxin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province. He was born in 1958, entered the work force in 1977, graduated from Tianjin Normal University in 1983, and joined the CPC in 1987. He was Secretary of CPC District Committee of Tianjin Municipality from 2008 to 2011. Since December 2011, he is Vice-Governor of Heilongjiang Province.
