Zhang Jinliang, male, Han nationality, was born in 1969 and graduated from Xiamen University in 1997. He held a Doctorate Degree in Economics and CPA certificate. From 2009 to 2014, he was Governor of Beijing Branch of Bank of China. Since August 2014, he is Vice-Governor, Bank of China.
