Biography
Zhang Sujun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Henan Province. He was born in 1955, staretd to work in 1976 and joined the CPC in 1984. He holds double graduate degree. Zhang served most his party positions in Jiangsu Province. He then served as director of general political department of Ministry of Justice between 2001 and 2005. In 2005, he was appointed as vice minister of Ministry of Justice.
