Biography

Zhang Wenbin, male, Han nationality, is a native Chongqing. He was born in 1934 and joined the CPC 1954. He is a senior economist.

Zhang Wenbin spent over 50 years working in Sichuan Province, first as part of the taxation office and bureau of Baxian County, and then as a member of the Party structure in Chongqing. Zheng also served as vice-mayor of Chongqing, deputy to the 8th NPC, and as a member of the 9th CPPCC National Committee.

Zhang is chairman of CPPCC Chongqing Municipal Committee.
