Biography
Zhang Yongli, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fufeng County of Shaanxi Province. He was born in 1963, entered the work force in 1984 and joined the CPC in 1985. He graduated from Northwest Forestry College with a Bachelor Degree in 1984. From 2009 to 2010, he was Vice-President of CPC Party School of State Forestry Administration. Since June 2010, he serves as Deputy Director of the State Forestry Administration.
