Biography

Zhang Yutai, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tancheng, Shandong province. He was born in 1945, and received the academic credentials of the university. He is a Party member. Zhang held leading posts in the China Science and Technology Association and the Chinese Technology Association, where he served as vice-president in 1996.

He was a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee and in 2007 became a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and Director of the Development Research Center of the State Council.
