Biography
Zhao Xinxian, male, Han nationality, was born in 1942. He is a member of the Party and a beneficiary of the State Council's special allowance.
Zhao ha served as the chairman of the Shenzhen Sanjiu Pharmaceutical Company Limited and has a background in the pharmaceutical industry and enterprise management. He is a part-time professor at Tsinghua University, Zhongshan University, and Tongji University. Zhao was also a member of the 8th and 9th NPC.
Recognized as a state model worker, Zhao served as the president and secretary of the CCP committee of the Sanjiu Enterprise Group.
