Biography

Zhi Shenghua, male, was born on 1951 in Tianjin. He joined the CPC in 1975 and served in a variety of local CPC committees throughout Tianjin. In 2003, he became vice-mayor of Tianjin and in 2007 he became deputy secretary of the Tianjin CPC Municipal Political Science and Law Committee.
