Zhou Zaiqun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai. He was born in 1952, graduated from Liaoning University in 1977 and obtained a master's degree from Wuhan University in 1999 and a master's degree from the Northeast Institute of Finance and Economics in 1996. He began his career at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in Beijing, and he was appointed executive vice-president of the Bank of China in 2000.
