He Yehui, female, Han nationality, is a native of Nehe City, Heilongjiang Province. She was born in 1954 and entered the work force in 1972. He graduated from Department of Law of Jilin University. From 1999 to 2003, she served as Public Procurator and Member of Procuratorial Committee of PRC Supreme People's Procuratorate. Since 2003, she has served as a Member of 10th and 11th NPC Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee, a Member of the 10th and 11th NPC Standing Committee, and Deputy Secretary-General of the 10th and 11th NPC Standing Committee. She is also a Vice-Chairman of 11th NPC Credentials Committee.
