Biography Highlight
Li Xiuling, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tongshan County, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1962, entered the work force and joined the CPC in 1984. Li graduated from History Department of Nanjing University with a Bachelor Degree in 1984. From 2007 to 2011, he served as Secretary of CPC Wanning City Committee of Hainan Province. Since February 2011, he is Vice-Governor and Member of Leading Party Group of People’s Government of Hainan Province.
