Arken Imirbaki, male, Uygur nationality, is a native of Xinjiang province. He was born in 1953, graduated from the Northwest College of Light Industry, and joined the CPC in 1980. He was appointed vice-chairman of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in 2001. In 2013 he became Vice-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th NPC. He is a Member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
