Biography

Cao Guangjing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zouping County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1964, graduated from East China Water Resource Institute (called Hohai University now) with a Bachelor Degree and entered the work force in 1985, and joined the CPC in 1991. From 2010 to 2014, he was Chairman of Board of the Directors and the Chief of Leading Party Group of China Three Gorges Corporation. Since May 2014, he is Vice-Governor of People’s Government of Hubei Province. In 2012, he was elected as Alternate Member, 18th CPC Central Committee.
