Ding Jiye, male, Han nationality, is a native of City Qingdao, Shandong Province. He was born in 1949, started his career in 1968 and graduate from Military School of Economics. Ding is deputy director of PLA general logistics department. He attained the major-general rank. He was a deputy of the 10th National People's Congress.
