Biography

Du Jincai, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jing County, Hebei Province. He was born in 1952, entered the work force and joined the CPC in 1970. From 2007 to 2009, he was Assistant Director of General Political Department, PLA. Since 2009, he is Deputy Director of General Political Department, PLA. In November 2012, he was elected as Member of 18th CPC Central Committee.
