Fan Daiming, male, Han nationality, is a native of Chongqing Municipality. He was born in 1953, joined the PLA in 1972, graduated from The Third Military Medical University in 1978, graduated from The Fourth Military Medical University with a Master Degree in 1982, and a Doctorate Degree in 1989. He is President of The Fourth Military Medical University since 2007. In 2010, he was elected as Vice-President, Chinese Academy of Engineering.
