Fu Shouzheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fugu, Shaanxi province. He was born in 1944, joined the CPC in 1965 and received a junior college education at the Party school. Fu held leading Party posts in Inner Mongolia, including deputy secretary to the CPC committees of Bayannur League and Linhe county. In the early 1990s, he served as director of the agricultural committee of the region, and in the late 1990s he was elected vice-governor.
Fu Shouzheng was appointed vice-chairman of the 9th Inner Mongolia Autonomous Regional Committee of the CPPCC in 2003.
