Fu Shouzheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fugu, Shaanxi province. He was born in 1944, joined the CPC in 1965 and received a junior college education at the Party school. Fu held leading Party posts in Inner Mongolia, including deputy secretary to the CPC committees of Bayannur League and Linhe county.
