Gao Xinting, male, Han nationality, is a native of Qingzhou City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1947, entered the work force in 1965, and joined the CPC in 1970. From 2004 to 2010, he was Deputy Secretary of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee. From 2007 to 2010, he was Vice Chairman of Shandong Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee. Since December 2010, he serves as a member of 11th NPC Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee.
