Biography
He Tianfa, male, Han nationality. He was born in 1938 in Malaysia and studied in Wuxi and Shanghai schools. He began his career in education but he has primarily worked with organizations concerned with overseas Chinese.
He was vice-chairman of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and became a member of the Standing Committee of the Subcommittee for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Compatriots and Overseas Chinese at the 9th CPPCC National Committee in 1998. A year later he became vice-chairman of the Standing Committee of the same subcommittee at the 9th CPPCC National Committee.
