Biography
Hou Shusen, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fumeng County, Liaoning province. He was born in 1950, and was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 2007. A Jilin University graduate, General Hou has spent most of his career in the Shengyang Military Region. In 2009 he became Deputy Chief of Staff of the PLA.
