Biography Highlight

Hou Yunchun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Linqing City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1952, joined the PLA and entered the work force in 1969, and graduated from Lanzhou University in 1978. From 1996 to 2002, he worked for State Economics and Trade Commission. From 2002 to 2008, he was Deputy Director of Research Office of State Council. Since 2008, he is Deputy Director, Development Research Center of the State Council.
