Biography
Hu Heping, male, Han Nationality, was born in 1962 and is a native of Linyi of Shandong Province. He studied in the Hydraulic Engineering Department of Tsinghua University in 1980 and joined the CPC in 1982. From 2008 to 2015 he was Secretary of the the CPC Party Committee of Tsinghua University. In 2015 he became Deputy Secretary of CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee and Governor in 2016.
In 2017 he became a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee.
